Please do not submit sensitive health or medical information through a booking form.

Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver coaching sessions, send booking-related messages, process payments through the chosen provider, and understand how visitors find the website. It is not sold as a standalone marketing list.

Booking and payments

Availability, appointment confirmations, and payment processing are handled by third-party services selected for the booking flow. Their privacy policies apply to information processed in their systems. The website is designed so payment card details are entered directly with the payment provider, not stored on this site.
