Coaching scope

Coaching is a collaborative, future-oriented service intended to support reflection, choices, and practical action. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, mental-health care, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support. You remain responsible for your decisions and wellbeing.

Booking and payment

Session details, current pricing, and payment requirements are shown in the booking flow before you confirm an appointment. Payment, where required, is processed by the selected payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Action needed before launch: add the exact notice period, late-cancellation fee, no-show policy, refund conditions, and the process for rescheduling here and in the booking confirmation. Do not publish this page until those terms are final.
